Thanks for actually trying my counties authentic food. But I have to recommend you try those items like the egg and bitter melon with rice and Daal (aka lentil). Trust it elevates the flavour. They don’t taste that good separately, but all together!!! 🤤

Bitter melon is never eaten alone usually you eat it with rice, also I don’t think the version you had is the most authentic usually it’s made as a fried version rather than a curry version

Bitter melon is an acquired taste, most ppl don’t eat it. Next time try tehari, or pulao and roast, haleem, fuchka etc. you might like those dishes more. Lakemba is GOAT for Bangladeshi food.
