I hdb to condo, condo more peaceful, weekends are fun as indoor and outdoor pool is quite busy and lots of neighbours chilling makes for great conversations and connections 1/2

quite true. for landed is the large space & tranquility, I feel condo is just an upgrade from HDB/EC but with smaller space + facilities fees. 😅😅

Living in both HDB & Condo. I appreciate HDB spaciousness with less conservancy & tax incurred. But ultimately, I still prefer the quietness, security, facilities & demographics in condo.

condo is not quiet either. it all depends on the development and location. I grew up in landed properties and now live in HDB. However, my HDB is the most quiet area even when compared to private.

imo kids growing up in hdb might learn how to socialise more compared to condo cos condo doors r not see through so u dn talk to ur neighbours but hdb ure kinda forced to, making u btr at small talks?

If u die in a condo, u cannot setup ya wake in the function room, hdb u can put downstairs

it depends which condo u r living. the one that i stay at have quite some open spaces so kids will go downstairs and play at the open spaces hang out with neighbour frens at clubhouse.

Living in a condo, you wont hear the noise of the water in the pipes when your upstairs neighbor is taking a shower or using the toilet.
