I started at 265 lbs feeling lost, stuck, and unhappy with myself. I lost 75 lbs in 6 months, from 265 lbs to 190 lbs, between the end of 2021 and the beginning of 2022. My goal since then has been to build muscle and tone up. I’ve been consistently going to the gym for almost 3 years now and I’m currently at 188 lbs. . . . ‼️I LOST 75 POUNDS IN 6 MONTHS, HERE’S HOW I DID IT‼️: I quit overeating and started being more active. When I lost 40 pounds (in 3.5 months), I began going to the gym to tone up and prevent loose skin. In the process, I ended up losing another 30 pounds in the remaining 2.5 months. . . . . After losing the first 75 pounds, I slacked off and my weight went back up to 202 lbs. When the new year arrived in 2023 I decided to take my fitness journey seriously and stay consistent. During the year and 8 months of going to the gym, my weight stayed between 200 and 220 pounds, but I didn’t focus on the scale. I cared about how I carried myself. In May 2024 I started having really bad stomach pains and ended up going to the hospital. I found out that it was my gallbladder. I went on a strict diet to avoid getting it removed and lost 50 lbs in 6 months. Even though my doctor said I could go back to my old eating habits, I’ve chosen to stick with my new diet because I now care about what I put into my body. . . . . . . .
