In these moments it can be tempting to go in all guns blazing. The problem is you’re unlikely to get a good outcome. Instead try to keep your cool and address it directly by doing the following: ✅ stick to the facts ✅ if they try to deflect by saying you’re being over sensitive don’t bite the bait. For example you can say: “My sensitivity isn’t what we’re here to talk about.
