They are there to teach kumon. Not manage your child’s negative behaviour. If he cannot cooperate then why should she babysit him while he’s not learning?

Kumon is not the best, my son went for two years and it was the same repetitive work and the them to complete work books at home. My son is know with a private tutor and allhumdillah excelling in math

Thanks for sharing this, I am 50/50 about Kumon but the main lead teacher is amazing. I just wish they would to less with the repeating of work sheets.

This is why I always say teachers in the uk are trained to teach! We go through a pgce and pay loads to understand children with needs and challenges and how to be patient and have sympathy! So sad to hear your story, I tutor 2 children with ADHD and Autism. By the way Kumon isn’t rated the best it’s very repeatable hun it’s prob for the best

This is actually ableism. We have to make reasonable adjustments for people who have disabilities and neurodivergence. You have to be prepared to teach all kids, not just the none disabled ones!
