I relate but my last 4 years have been so traumatic. Ugly divorce from an abusive ex, losing custody of my kids to my abuser, getting arrested not 1 but 6 times for crimes I didn’t commit.

Trauma causes memory loss too-everyone deals with it differently. I have gaps in my memory and also some things burned into my memory. I relate to your situation.

You are so right! I hardly remember 2020-22, but everything after that is very clear. I had a major car accident (broke my back) and my son almost died and was in the hospital for 6 months.

The last 4 my have been so shocking and traumatic that people probably repressed it. I spent most of the last 3 crying and being terrified but I remember it all. I'm feeling better now though! 😓
