I was so happy there was a bath house at the last hotel we stayed because I really wanted to take the kids to one but we didn’t have to time to get it in during our trip. Unfortunately I wasn’t allowed to go inside because of my tattoos 😫 but the girls went anyway and enjoyed it so much even met some really lovely Japanese women! If you haven’t heard of a Japanese bath house before, it’s a place where you can go into a bathing area but open for the public - there are two different parts of a bath house one for men and another for women - and you bathe in the hot springs or baths and then squat on a little stool to shower and wash yourself!
