@kiarahespinel: Y’all know i love a good leg day Did a total of 6 exercises but didn’t get to film them all 😅 Things i’ve been doing different: • focus more on the movements than weight • i pushed lots of weight before but now I want to perfect my form • Structure of leg days and being more consistent with exercises • Again, focusing on my tempo rather than rushing the movement • Sauna 🧖♀️!!!!!!
