Honestly what worked for me was going on a calorie deficit and reducing my sodium intake, bc it puffed up my face a lot. I’ve lost 25 pounds in 1 1/2 months by just doing that. GUA SHA too

The only way to lose face fat is losing fat in general you can’t spot reduce fat to achieve this goal you have to go through a calorie deficit
