@officiallytracytime: This is the year! I will spend December making the most amazing sourdough starter so that come the new year I am fully in homemade bread baking mode. I love sourdough but get so intimidated. I grabbed these baskets that you can bake directly in as well if you dont have a bread baking pot/pan. I plan to use them as proofing baskets and then transfer to my bread baker. If you have sourdough tips please share.
