I used to have SUCH an issue with asking anyone for help in fear that it’d be held over my head later. People who have been abused struggle with this. You are not alone.

I do this bc I dont want anyone to extort me. Im used to people (starting from parents) "giving to me" and then using it as ammo. Finding people with real unconditional love is rare but out there.
