@chris_tina_boo: The method I've been using for the past 2 years is the cheesecloth on the turkey method! It gets better by the year. I'll explain it in all with the short version! 1. Thaw, clean and pat dry the turkey. 2. Make a compound butter (that's what I made in the beginning of the video) & rub it all over the turkey and underneath the skin. Season the turkey to your liking of the turkey very well. 3. Chop veggies, 1 🍎 & 1 🍊 and place it inside of the turkey. 4. Place the turkey in a Roaster :) and throw more veggies around it if you'd like and also some chicken BROTH. This will also help with making turkey gravy. 5. Inject 💉 your turkey with 🧈 (optional) i used the Tony's kit 6. Make a second compound butter but this time melt it. Take a cheesecloth and swoosh it around in the belted compound butter. 7. Lay the cheesecloth over your turkey and leave it alone. I went back every 45 minutes to base the turkey by using the juices it created. It may sound like it's cracking and stuff in the Roaster but it's not lol. Also if you don't have a Roaster, the oven is fine. Try to keep the turkey from laying in the juices though while cooking. Enjoy 😉
I'd be thrilled to create an oil portrait for you! You’d get paid and Can I use this post or would you prefer to share another picture ? Let me know on my direct message and I'll get started! 👍
