Set up situations like 3–2 counts or bases loaded and make the pitcher “win” the moment. Keep score. Make it matter. ⚡️ In team practices → Build competition into drills. Let your pitchers face hitters. Keep track of who wins each at-bat. Reward effort, leadership, and focus. ⚡️ After a weekend of losing → Talk about what you learned. Review one moment you’d handle differently next time and set one action step to improve this week. Losing isn’t failure unless you stop learning from it.
