@nikittalouise1: When I tell this is probably one of the best things I have ever made!! If you are hosting this Christmas you definitely need to make this brie, prosciutto & cranberry garlic bread, it is so easy to make & will go down an absolute treat with you guests! To make two breads you will need: 1 large ciabatta roll, I got mine from Sainsburys 200g brie 100g prosciutto 100g cranberry sauce 100g grated cheddar For garlic butter: 6tbsp butter Bunch fresh parsley chopped 3 garlic cloves minced Slice the bread in half and place on a baking tray. Mix together the butter, parsley & garlic then split between each half of the bread and spread evenly across it. Cut the brie up in the slices taking off the rind & cut the prosciutto up in to 1cm square pieces. Top the bread with the brie, then cheddar then prosciutto then cranberry sauce. Bake in the oven at 190 for 10-15 mins until the cheese is golden and the bread is crispy. ENJOY!! 🤤 •••• •••• •••• Festive food christmas party ideas christmas good party snacks
