My dad bought a 2018 f 150 in 2018 and it was just a stock limited he bought it for 70k and he put a 12 inch lift 45 inch tires and did a bunch of other custom stuff this cost him in total about 30k..

Few years ago I went to trade in a truck that KBB valued at $23k trade in with 6in lift kit, rims, tires, CarPlay, etc and the dealer said $13k tops bc the $18k I put into it didnt help the value😂

Literally happened to me, dealer said these lambo doors are too niche, no one will pay for it…. Meanwhile entire dealer staff is doing a photo shoot with my truck in the parking lot!!!
