I had 6 dobermans on plans for 14 years. None ever had serious illness. When the last 2 died within a month of each other, they wanted me to keep paying for SEVEN MONTHS, FULL PRICE, to buy out of the plan! Do not use Banfield!!!! I never will again and I post everywhere and tell everyone what they did to me. I hope rhis viral uproar takes them down.

Please do better by your clients. When a client loses a pet, it’s one of the hardest things to go through. Making them finish paying for a plan they can’t even use anymore because the pet has passed is insane and unkind. Do better.

Terrible company if you have tried to call and cancel with them and they refuse to let you cancel, even if your pet died. Call your bank and let them know you tried to cancel. Now it’s considered fraud and the bank will stop the charges.
