PEPPERMINT MOCHA OVERNIGHT OATS RECIPE Ingredients: * 1 cup oats * 1 tbsp chia seeds * pinch of salt * 1/4 cup cocoa powder *1 scoop chocolate protein powder (optional) * 1/3 cup greek yogurt (can sub dairy-free if needed) * 1/2 tsp vanilla extract * 1 tsp peppermint extract * 1 cup almond milk * 1–2 tbsp maple syrup (depending how sweet you like it) * Whipped cream & crushed candy canes to top How to: -Mix all the overnight oats ingredients in a bowl to combine. -Cover and place in the fridge overnight to set.
