It depends on what you take with it. High protein makes it a lot stronger. Acid makes it ineffective. Calcium blocks it. Zinc helps etc.

As a woman who takes them the week before and of my period my meds don't even work so I get 2 weeks a month if that to feel somewhat awake and productive 🙃

It depends on your magnesium, protein, and zinc intake; they need to be high to help it be more effective. Also if you take your meds with anything that has citric acid, it lessens the effectiveness

Back when I took adhd meds, I was fine everyday except for Tuesdays which was when I had to organize the kitchen by vibes, alphabetically, or the Dewey decimal system

One of the biggest learning curves when I first started taking meds was figuring out that the Focus Pills unfortunately don’t also tell you what to focus on, you gotta do that on your own😭

I describe it as ADHD meds just help you use your coping skills more often lol you really still have to like gentle parent yourself. I have to hide my phone so I can focus on my job
