you need to start with sopping wet hair for better curl definition, but honestly it's such a chore to embrace the curl!!

If you dried it upside down you would have the volume. You've got the curl pattern for what you want, you just need technique.

Girl I get it!! I’m so lazy and hate the time it takes to do the routine and my hair is just so much more manageable when it’s straight 😭 I wore it curly for a good 8 years then reverted back

I personally think you’re never going to like your curls if you dont give it a couple washes for your curl texture to come back. No routine tips will help fried curls, trust me i’ve been there.

Nexus has a very light curl defining gel that actually eliminates frizz without weighting it down to help with volume, in combo with a volume mouse instead of sticky curl mousse, then keep it wet
