i, unironically, do this weekly. i send the pdf of the sale flyer, tell chatgpt what i want to get rid of in my fridge, give it days i can and cant cook, and boom.. it spits out a solid meal plan.

I do this too but I like to tell it to create recipes using seasonal ingredients it helps save money because seasonal veggies and fruit tends to be cheaper!

I use chat gpt for everything! Upload screen shots of my labs and ask for everything. I have lupus and couple more autoimmune diseases. It gives me grocery list and meal ideas for nutrition! Love it!
