Day 2 I had severe withdrawal symptoms, day 3 I called to be admitted into a detox at my local hospital. They told me since it was day 3 I "should be out of the danger zone and they will have to call

Go to YouTube do some meditation programs. My son pointed me there it helped me sleep . Also if you have pain issues like my bad back withdrawal will intensify it . But it’s worth it .
