I take an epsom salt bath like once a week. and it is also a bubble bath. always bubble-espom salt bath. lights are turned down and a candle is lit. music or a show on the side. it's my luxury time.

Also you can put WAYYY more Epsom salt than you think- I used to put like 1 cup. You can use like the entire bag 😂

Reminding me how my nana ALWAYS put Epsom salt in my baths as a kid. She has a huge jar of it that stayed in the bathroom and she would scoop it with a clam shell

Epsom salt, get the lavender if you have cramps (of any kind!) or a migraine (and don’t have smell triggers), the eucalyptus if you’re stuffy, and the citrus if you want glowy skin!!!

Love Epsom salt baths& then discovered magnesium chloride flakes which I now use w/or in place of.Flakes absorb faster&u only have 2 use alil bit, but get the same if not better results ❤️(1)

I used eucalyptus epsom salt to help heal a severely infected spider bite. Wouldnt heal after abc and hospital visit. Did the soak many times over 2 wks and it drained all the infection out of it!
