As a stylist. I have over toned my clients before and they have had the same problems. The next step in to not put a gold toner over it. I understand why she was upset. Glad it got fixed. 🫶🏻

Amazing!! This is bright blonde! Some people don’t realize toners can actually “dull” the blonde down and make it look gray when trying to do ashy tones!
