Juicy skull island prawns (these are big boys!) on top of the most vibrant and green pasta made from delicious prawn head butter, pea and herb puree. Prawns are prepared and cleaned, reserving the shells for the butter while the pan is heating up. Cook those prawns on high heat, finish with prawn head butter, a little residual heat to bring it up to your temperature, hot 🔥. I love preparing the prawns on the side and not folding it into the sauce. That’s what the pasta is for guys! 💚 The prawn head butter was absolutely necessary and added such gorgeous prawn flavor.
