Never ask “is this offer negotiable” … just negotiate and then let the recruiter tell you it’s not. Make the recruiter do the work and sweat.. that’s the way you negotiate.. coming from a recruiter

Usually salary expectations are discussed early in the interview process. Asking to negotiate at the offer stage after already agreeing to a range at the beginning is a good way to not get the job
