We take the week before to do individual reflections - we think about what held us back this year and annotate we want to accomplish next year. . Next we meet at a location away from home to have our strategy meeting - this yields our focus and attention. . Then we talk though each and every goal that we have for each category we set. As we’re talking through we’re discussing the specifics, plans, and timing for that goal. We write the final draft of the goals that we both agreed on on a white board then once it’s solidified we transfer it all to our spreadsheet to check back and update every single month next year! .
