Ingredients - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted - 3/4 cup brown sugar - 1/2 cup granulated sugar - 1 large eggs - 2 tsp vanilla extract - 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour - 1 tsp cornstarch - 1/2 tsp baking soda - 1/2 tsp salt - 2/3 cup red and green Christmas M&M's - 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips - 1/2 milk chocolate chunks, half in dough half for topping before baking Instructions - In a large mixing bowl, mix together the melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until combined - Add egg, mix until combined. Then, mix in the vanilla extract. - In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Be careful not to overmix. - Gently fold in the chocolate chips, chocolate chunks, and M&M's, reserving a small handful of M&M's and chocolate chunks for topping the cookies later. - Use a cookie scoop to drop rounded balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart. Press a few reserved M&M's and chunks on top of each cookie dough ball. Refrigerate for minimum of two hours - 1. **Preheat the oven** to 350°F (175°C). - Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden, and the centers are still soft.
