I really enjoy you trying to say things the portuguese way, but in chouriço, the ç just sounds something like a normal double ss, like the s in sound. so its sorta like showrisso

Looks great. Peas can be absolutely delicious for sure. My family cook peas the Italian way or at least one of the ways, sliced onion to sweat then the peas with a fair bit of salt and a drop of water left to sweat in the pot then once the liquid is gone, it's ready and it's so simple but so good, as a side dish, the base of a soup or just by itself because why not? 😅
