The problem is people focus on swallowing the pills. the object is to pretend there’s no pills and you’re just drinking water

as a pharmacist this works for capsules. as the mass/Volume is less than that of water.,so the capsule will stay on top of water. that is why it is swallowed better than tilting your head backward.
