always screed when u see bitumen anyway, other wise stains and turns vinyl yellow

The screed had not blown it is just the bitumen adhesive and those tiles contain asbestos 🙈

tbh you need to machine all that screed up before new....and don't screed on wet primer 🤦🏼♂️

Done this job long enough to know they are asbestos tiles stuck with ATA adhesive that also has asbestos Oh Dear

There is no screed!. That’s the concrete subfloor with bitumen which is the DPM as that house is probably pre 1979. 🤦♂️
