So the Bill's don't need a roof in Buffalo? At $2.1 billion, it should have included some type of roof, even if it wasn't fully enclosed

At Lambeau, people line up for the opportunity to be in the stadium to do this. Plus there are makeshift slides in the aisles to move the shoved snow down to the field area
