i made the excercise of putting myself at Glinda's place and thought what would i've done differently and got to this very same conclusion. Glinda really considered what was best for Elphaba. 🥺

This is the best take. Glinda thinks she can make a difference by staying with the Wizard and realizes that Elphaba’s plan isn’t fully thought out and will ultimately backfire on her. She offers to work “in tandem” but knows she can’t get on the broom with Elphaba. They need to fight to do “good” from opposite sides.
