My bf keeps insisting we need a “big yard”. We have rented a house with about an acre for over 3 years, never use it and pay someone to mow it. Why do we need a big yard!?!?!

plot twist. i bought a small house (1200 sf) and still have to pay 3 grand a month for it with 20% down cause the housing market is nuts in CT.

Strongly disagree. We bought at lower end of what we qualified for in 2018 with a 3.25%, we’ve had three kids and outgrown it but we are stuck here with the insanely low rate we got

I had a big house, but I’ve been going smaller the older I get. Currently building and will have no basement, just 1200 sq ft. I don’t want to clean a big home either. 😂
