@max_schmarzo: Back to work with @katemartin03 In the weight room we focused on good amount on being explosive and working on some single leg posterior chain work Carrying that work over to the court we spent more than half our time working on defense and then the rest on specific acceleration drills - from finishing at the rim to creating space off the bounce Yes… we played some ones and yes… I got caught slippin 😂😂 but I suppose that’s a good thing as a coach. Means we are doing something right!
