my doctor pretty much told me now I'm getting older (in my 30's) that it's pretty much normal 😅 I take magnesium daily and it does nothing, I can't take anti-inflammatories anymore 1/2

I broke 2 ribs while pregnant 22 years ago. was told "nothing we can do because you're pregnant, they'll probably heal crooked and cause pain for the rest of your life". they've been correct so far, and the pain is getting worse with each year
