if he is given a FULL pardon, he can be compelled to testify against his relatives if he tries to exercise his right to remain silent- they can arrest him on contempt (a lawyer explained 2me)

it looks to me like that pardon is worded in such a way that it only applies for a few specific months so any crimes he committed prior to the dates given can still be prosecuted

I saw a layer who stated this could be a big mistake. Being he has full ammunity he could be forced to state how much money he laundered for his dad through Barisma, because he can’t incriminate
