Place in a bowl. Step 4: Melted Butter ingredients  1 1/2 Sticks Unsalted Butter  Dry seasonings  Black Pepper Lemon zest Lemon Juice   Instructions: Melt Butter in microwave mix with all ingredients. Turkey Prep: -Remove Turkey from fridge 2hrs before cooking to bring to room temperature.  - Pat Dry with Paper Towel to remove all excess water. - Use cooking syringe to Inject Turkey with melted Butter. (Breast, legs, wings etc.) -scoop Compound Butter with hands place under turkey skin , massage and cover every area of the whole turkey with The seasoned butter. -Place Turkey Breast down(to trap all the juices since this area tends to be more dry) On a Bed of Veggies of your choice. I used (orange slices, carrots, onions, celery, garlics.) -Stuff Turkey with Veggies of your choice (garlic cloves, bouquet of rosemary, thyme, sage, oregano parsley , 2 oranges slices, half yellow and red onion) - Bake in Oven at 330 for 4hrs. - baste and Inject every 30mns. -after 1st hour of cooking cover with cheese cloth and remove 60-30mn before cooking time ends.  When done Baste and Inject one last time and let Turkey Rest for at least 15-30mn before cutting into it.
