I mastered both Tokyo and Osaka Stations, including Shin Osaka. Actually quite easy once you spend a couple of days exploring. The true beast was Shinjuku Station, what a pain that was.

What helped me navagate Japans train system is remember the train line color, the platform number and the time.

We did okay with Google maps, but getting the correct tickets and passes for all the different lines we needed remained a small struggle for us lol.

Nah, Germany has hands down the most complicated system in the world. Not to mention the trains split in two. Half of it goes one way, half the other way. U better be standing on the right side

Train travel in Japan is incredibly easy, I've never had even the slightest problem with it. Getting out of some of the stations on the other hand 😂😂.

I just learned very basic Japanese and people were super friendly and helped me ! I had locals in Tokyo walk me to the subway and even one person walked me to the train station for 30 mins at 5 am✨

I find it satisfying 😁 I only panic when they make announcement in the train and I don't understand a single word...then everyone in your cabin get off the next station & you are the only one left😂

Just get support from the officer at the station with using a navigator app of Japan train system only once. You're fine. It's easier than I'm expected after I got a warning from the tour guide.
