Started doing squats three weeks ago. Amazing difference. 15 at a time. Hang onto doornobs. I can now do a few deep squats—unimaginable a month ago.

These exercises are fantastic morning and before going to bed. I can confirm what the footage illustrates. Not only these exercises but also closing down the mouth with foods more important.
