Pan Seared Sweet Corn My favourite pan-seared corn that everyone loves so much. Now you get to try out for yourself and your loved ones. All of the goodness of charred corn on the cob, then add some creaminess and deliciousness from Nola mayonnaise original mayonnaise, some cheesiness, crunch, and some spices and you have a delicious pan-seared corn! A great option for backyard barbecues or dinners, and your family will surely thank you for making what is not typically the most exciting side dish a total scene stealer. Ingredients: 2 Cups Original Nola Mayonnaise 100 grams of Reduced Oil Mustard mustard 4 Sweetcorns on a Knob 6 Tablespoons feta cheese, crumbed  2 Tablespoons olive oil 1 Teaspoons of garlic, finely chopped  3 Tablespoons butter  1/2 Teaspoons chilli flakes 4 Tablespoons of Crispy Onion  Salt & pepper for seasoning Petite leaf salad, for garnish  Instructions :  1. Husk the corn, heat a saute pan/skillet over medium high heat. Brush the saute pan/skillet with olive oil. 3. Place the corn in the skillet and cook over medium high heat for about 7/8 minutes until lightly browned. You can use a tong to turn the corn occasionally to brown the sides evenly. 4. Reduce the heat to medium and add 200 ml of water and cover with a lid. Cook till all the water evaporates. For about 5 minutes. 5. Once the water evaporates from the sauté pan, turn down the heat. Add butter and garlic, and then move around, make sure all your corn get dressed with butter. 6. Season with salt and pepper, turning it around. Season well. 7. Remove the corn to a serving plate and drizzle with some honey mustard mayo, add your feta cheese crumble. 8. Finish off with some crispy onions, chilli flakes and some petite leaf salad. 9.
