If she has to work a job I think they both should share basic everyday duties so both relax Dealing with tires and oil changes are not daily. Compromise and communicate is key

Different responsibilities: Cooking,cleaning,laundry = everyday. Change tire or oil = once a month/year⁉️Big difference ❗️Help each other daily not once in a while.
