By definition Trump has not been sentenced thus not a felon. He won’t be sentenced and won’t be a felon. It’s a technical definition, but it is accurate via word of law.

I’m glad that he did it! The incoming administration was going to continue to make Hunter’s life a living hell. Trump pardoned Kushner’s father and made him the ambassador of France so 🤷♀️
