this makes it sound like food noise is only about eating all the food. It is also thinking about what food you SHOULD eat, food that you SHOULDNT eat, food that you ate yesterday, good food/bad food..

I used to get intense specific cravings. I’d end up binge eating all day because nothing satisfied me since it wasn’t the specific food I was craving. I didn’t realize it was food noise till the shots

as an alcoholic, I think food noises very similar to alcohol noise. just constantly thinking about it and even before I finish my drink I'm thinking about my next one

Ozempic is not the answer! I lost a lot of weight by eating only whole food plant based. Unhealthy food does not enter my house. Food noise is still there but it's the healthy stuff you end up thinking about so it's OK to satisfy it. Your taste buds rest after only a short time. And you also cure your health problems.

I visit my granddaughter, who leaves chocolate around the house. She can eat one piece and ignore it for months, but I want to make sure all the chocolate is gone before I leave.

It’s also sitting for a meal and thinking of the next. Finishing that meal and thinking of a snack. Finishing the snack and thinking of another one. Waking up just to eat bfast while thinking ab lunch

I had intense food noise since forever. Once I got diagnosed with ADHD and started meds, all the noise went away.

This and then add my ADHD in and a hard time with impulse control so reasoning with myself can be nearly impossible. And people saying oh don’t buy it but I have kids so that’s not happening.
