It's about their inconvenience they had to deal with on what was suppose to be a RELAXING vacation! At the price they are paying, a full night refund should of been given just bc they were so kind

I think you handled it well! I don’t expect things to be absolutely perfect when I rent, life happens. Monetary compensation is just an extra and if the guest wants more they should ask

I’d be happy with anything. I stayed at an Airbnb recently and there were roaches, filthy floors, and didn’t resemble anything luxurious like the listing stated.
