@food.and.grace: This is my favourite soufflé pancake in Melbourne—always a consistent 10/10! They have amazing flavour options and toppings that pairs perfectly together. The pancake was so airy, soft, and not dense. I love that it’s light and not overly sweet—even if I eat the whole thing, I dont feel sick st all. My favourite here is their crème brûlée with boba 👌😋. They’ve also recently launched a mango flavor. It has a lovely sweetness that doesn’t overpower the overall taste. If you love mango, you should definitely try this! DENNIS SEVERS HOUSE📍18 Folgate Street, Spitalfields How this house came to be is thanks to Dennis Severs who was an eccentric Southern Californian who adored British history. He came to Spitalfields in 1979 and bought a derelict house at 18 Folgate Street. In 1980 it opened for visitors to discover his eccentric labour of love. The house is reconfigured with immaculate detail to tell the story of an imaginary Huguenot silk merchant family who had lived there since it was built in 1724.   The man himself would often give the tours and told stories of the (fictional) Jervis family he claimed once lived here. A visit here is one of the more unusual things to do in East London. Every opportunity should be taken to visit this one-of-a-kind home.  Set aside at least 45 minutes and maybe even 1 1/2hours if you truly wish to savour all the details.
