I had a lift & augmentation, first 3-4 days are the worst. But it does get better!! Just take it really slow and rest as much as possible❤️🩹 It’ll all be worth it🤭

Sleeping elevated (in a recliner) for about 2 weeks helped so much with pain - that and ice ❤️
