Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) on Thursday said he supports access to in vitro fertilization (IVF), a process that involves fertilizing eggs in a lab setting, after the Alabama Supreme Court ruled that frozen embryos are children under state law. “I believe in the sanctity of every human life. I always have.
