you put in time cook and then you use the up and down button which is the plus and minus

I about yanked the microwave off the cabinet when I first used it. Didn’t realize it locked. 😂

If you hit the plus and minus it goes up and down by 10 seconds. As with the lock it’s a child safety lock and there is something in the user manual about deactivating it. I hope this helps❤️
