Had mine for 25yrs, it didn't hurt but I made him move the clamp. I hated how it felt. I can take out for 4mths and never closes

The piercing itself was a 1. Just uncomfortable if anything however…the HEALING. Omg I couldn’t move my mouth or it’d hurt. Only for 4 days though. Super worth it

i did it myself and it don't hurt but the healing proces was little like ouch when i eat but after a week don't feel any pain

mine was painful but the recovery was worse... lisp for 3 months 😅 that was like 5 yrs ago and still have it and love it
