Had to try these tiramisu brownies ive seen!! Used my favourite brownie recipe, graunteed fudgey brownies - topped with a tiramisu cream 🍫 delicous!  Ingredients for the Brownies: 	•	200 g unsalted butter 	•	200 g dark chocolate 	•	3 large eggs (or 4 medium) 	•	275 g caster sugar 	•	90 g plain flour 	•	35 g cocoa powder 	•	1 shot of espresso  	•	1 teaspoon vanilla extract 	•	Pinch of salt (if your butter is unsalted) Method: 	1.	Melt the butter and chocolate together. Let it cool slightly. 	2.	Whisk the eggs and golden caster sugar until light and fluffy. 	3.	Add the melted chocolate mixture into the egg mixture, followed by the vanilla extract. 	4.	Sift in the plain flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Fold in gently. 	5.Stir through espresso 	6.	Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 25-30 minutes, until just set. Espresso Cream Topping: To add the Tiramisu-inspired topping, make an espresso-flavored mascarpone cream. Ingredients for the Espresso Cream: 	• 225g mascarpone cheese 	•	240 ml heavy cream (1 cup) 	•	50 g granulated sugar (¼ cup) 	•	¼ teaspoon salt 	•	1 tablespoon vanilla bean paste or extract 	•	1 shot of espresso  Method: 1. Once brownie has cooled (i leave in fridge overnight for best result!)  2. Mix cream and mascarpone for about 30 seconds until well combined 3. Add sugar, salt, vanilla, and shot of espresso, mix  4.
